Welcome to Cardino, a marketplace connecting sellers and dealers of electric cars (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any or no reason, without notice, prior to the signing of any contract for selling a car. Once a contract for selling a car is signed, termination will be subject to the specific terms outlined in that contract.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with German law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
