Referral Program

Terms and Conditions for the Referral Program of Cardino GmbH

1. Eligibility
   Eligible to participate in the Referral Program are users of the website cardino.com who have received their referral link from Cardino GmbH (cardino.de)

2. Bonus
   1. for each successful referral of a potential prospect, the referring customer will receive a bonus of €25, and the referred customer will also receive €25. A successful referral occurs when the following conditions are met:
      1. The referring customer receives a personalized invitation link via email. This link must be forwarded to potential prospects.
      2. The potential prospect clicks on the invitation link and enters the vehicle details in the corresponding form on the Cardino website and completes the registration process.
      3. The potential prospect sells their car within 90 days from the moment the referring customer received the invitation link, through the Cardino GmbH platform.
   2. The bonus will be transferred to the referring customer's account within 7 days after the sale and handover of the vehicle to Cardino GmbH.

3. Restrictions
   1. The potential prospect and the referring customer must be different natural and legal persons of full age.
   2. The personalized invitation link generated for the referring customer is valid for 90 days.
   3. Cardino GmbH assumes no legal obligation under the Referral Program. Cardino GmbH reserves the right to change or terminate the Referral Program at any time and without prior notice.
   4. Cardino GmbH reserves the right to exclude or reject individual referring customers at its own discretion from the Referral Program if it suspects that referring customers are acting abusively or fraudulently or violating the terms or restrictions of the Referral Program. An explanation for the exclusion by Cardino GmbH is not required.
   5. The referring customer is responsible for all personal tax consequences of this promotional campaign, and Cardino GmbH assumes no liability in this regard.
   6. The Referral Program is exclusively for individuals who have sold their car through the Cardino website.
