At Cardino, we would like to inform you about an important change in our business strategy. Starting from January 14, 2025, Cardino will fully focus on the B2B sector and the sale of fleet vehicles. This decision marks a significant milestone in our development and alignment with the needs of the corporate market.
What does this mean for private customers?
Our last auction for private individuals will take place on January 14, 2025. After this date, it will no longer be possible to sell electric vehicles from private individuals through our platform. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers for their trust and support in the past.
If you would still like to sell a vehicle through Cardino, we warmly invite you to do so before the final auction date. Take advantage of this last opportunity to sell your EVs through our platform at a competitive price.
Your data is safe: Your choice, your control
With the discontinuation of our private customer business, we would like to inform you about how we handle your data:
- Automatic deletion: If you no longer need your profile after the transition, your data will be automatically deleted after a period of 12 months.
- Keep your profile: Should we resume the private customer sector in the future, you can simply keep your profile. You do not need to take any action.
- Manual deletion: If you would like to delete your profile immediately, you can do so easily via the settings in your account:
- Log into your profile.
- Go to "Settings" > "Delete my profile data."
- Log into your profile.

Your data will be automatically deleted after 12 months if you no longer use your profile. Alternatively, you can keep your profile in case we resume the C2B sector in the future. Of course, you can also manually delete your profile via the settings.
Can I still access my Cardino profile even if I don’t sell a vehicle anymore?
Yes, you can keep your profile if you wish. It will remain active in case we resume the private customer sector in the future.
Will Cardino offer C2B services again in the future?
Our current focus is on the B2B market. Resuming the private customer business is not planned at the moment but remains a long-term option. We will inform you if there are any changes.
