  • Open the Polestar app.
  • Navigate to the "Manage" tab.
  • Select the phone that is linked to your vehicle.
  • Tap "Disconnect" to remove the link.

Alternatively, you can remove the link through the vehicle's center display:

  • Access your user profile in the center display.
  • Go to "Digital Key and remote functions."
  • Select the phone that is linked to your vehicle.
  • Tap "Unpair this phone" to remove the link.

To protect your privacy and ensure a fresh start for the new owner, it is recommended to reset the user data in your Polestar vehicle.

  • Tap the menu button on the center display.
